Job Title: OD and Learning Advisor Location: London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8NT Employer: Pertemps Recruitment Partnership, on behalf of the London Borough of Harrow Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Work Arrangement: Hybrid-based at the London Borough of Harrow hub Rate: £ 26.83 Umbrella PAYE Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated OD and Learning Advisor who can work in a fast-paced, busy team to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality OD and Learning services for the London Borough of Harrow. You will collaborate closely with HR, and managers at all levels across the organisation to build a comprehensive OD and L&D offer. Key skills required for the role include: \” Experience in a relevant field (e.g., OD & L&D Experience \” Understanding of OD & L&D principles and practices \” Have great experience in managing multiple priorities and great prioritisation skills. \” Experience in the effective use of LMS Systems \” Intermediate to Advance level Excel Skills (would be a distinct advantage) \” Strong facilitation, training skills and presentation skills \” Training design skills using the ADDIE or other instructional design approach \” Knowledge of change management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
