Location: Neasden, London (on site, no hybrid option)

The role: As the Head of E-Commerce, you will take full ownership of our Amazon business for UK, Europe, and USA, managing the account end-to-end, including product launches, content, storytelling, PPC, promotions, stock pricing, and stock management, with overall responsibility for the P&L. You will initially manage relationships with Vendor Central and some Seller Central responsibilities, leading the company’s B2B and D2C Ecommerce activities in the future as strategies are developed. You will collaborate closely with PMs, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and your team to deliver strategies set by the Directors.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth strategy of the Amazon business.
  • Manage the internal Amazon team.
  • Manage relationships with Amazon (Vendor Manager & AVS) and support the Finance team with queries.
  • Work with Finance to ensure financial accuracy of the account.
  • As a Senior Leadership team member, oversee day-to-day operations and lead key initiatives.
  • Line management and development of the E-Commerce team, fostering a data-driven culture and continuous improvement.
  • Use strategic thinking, conduct competitor analysis, and develop a deep understanding of products and customers.
  • Manage pricing and promotions to maximize value.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to optimise product pages with high-quality content and storytelling techniques.
  • Make decisions on product selection, pricing, and advertising spend with senior management.
  • Create and manage advertising strategies across Amazon’s ecosystem (AMS, SEO, DSP, Twitch, Amazon Business, etc.).
  • Manage inventory and replenishment efficiently.
  • Lead reputation management through reviews and feedback.
  • Implement tools and strategies to support Amazon success.
  • Manage staffing and external agencies for Amazon.
  • Monitor account health, sales trends, and offers.
  • Provide detailed reporting on campaigns and strategies across Amazon territories.
  • Participate in the Senior Leadership team to shape future e-commerce strategies.

  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce and Amazon platforms, including marketing and vendor central.
  • Proven ability to grow Amazon sales and manage P&L.
  • Strong commercial awareness, competitor analysis skills, and understanding of KPI’s.
  • Experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Experience with PPC, promotional campaigns, and product storytelling.
  • Autonomous, capable of leading cross-departmental initiatives.
