Own and govern the global Source to Cash and Order to Cash processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Design, implement, and optimise S2C and O2C workflows across all regions and business units. Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT) to align process improvements with business strategy. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to drive operational excellence. Define key process metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure performance and compliance. Act as the escalation point for process-related issues, working closely with operational teams to resolve them effectively.
Main Skills Needed:
- Extensive experience in Source to Cash and/or Order to Cash process management.
- Strong background in the IT reseller, managed services, or IT consultancy industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Global Process Matrix.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement or transformation projects globally.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and operational teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and often ambiguous environment.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
