The Role:
- Guest Services: Manage costs and budgets across the portfolio, influence P&L and customer strategy.
- Data and Insights: Oversee analysis and reporting of customer satisfaction metrics, coordinate with Insights Director.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with centre teams, work with internal teams to promote guest experience, manage Customer Propositions Intern.
- Communications: Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Affairs to share information and press releases.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent, high-quality services across up to 15 UK centres.
- Own and report on customer satisfaction metrics.

- Maintain strong relationships with Guest Experience and Retail Managers.
- Ensure seamless service delivery for guests and partners.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in lifestyle sectors like retail, hospitality, or leisure, focusing on customer experience.
- At least 8 years in delivery/strategic roles related to guest services.
- Experience managing teams delivering physical guest experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of storytelling through presentations.
- Proven analytical and research skills.
