Description Work with the Executive Team, Senior Managers, and Function Heads to identify and drive cultural, behavioural, and operational changes to support Asta’s business model and strategy. Application Deadline: 14 June 2025 Department: Transformation Location: London, UK Key Responsibilities Identify operating model challenges, analyze and challenge proposed solutions, develop business cases, and make recommendations to the Executive Team for improvements. Lead the Business Change team, ensuring clear goals, quality work, and a positive contribution. Foster an inclusive environment that promotes skill development. Design and operate Asta’s Change Management Framework, ensuring strategic projects are well-supported, linked to strategy, and properly governed. Oversee delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and realize benefits; report progress, risks, and issues. Use change management techniques to drive adoption of new initiatives. Promote awareness of technology solutions, gather business requirements with IT colleagues, and support implementation. Encourage operational excellence and innovation, creating efficiencies and streamlining processes. Support the Operations Director with departmental activities. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Key Personal Skills Leadership: Foster teamwork, guide teams to achieve objectives, and make strong decisions. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal skills, strong interpersonal skills. Excellence: Lead by example, promote high standards. Adaptability: Handle changing priorities, multitask, and work under pressure. Collaboration: Work well with others and build strong relationships. Technical Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years in change management roles. Experience advising and participating at the Executive level. Proven track record of leading major strategic initiatives including operational and cultural change. Ability to analyze change initiatives and present clear visions and business cases.
