A busy garage is looking for a skilled individual to join their team based in Holmfirth. The successful person will be an experienced mechanic who has past experience working on varied vehicles and ideally experience in both MOT testing and servicing. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position based in a busy thriving atmosphere. Our client is also promoting a 4-day working week which consists of 4 longer days Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete MOT tests and inspections to a high standard.
- Carrying out repairs and fault finding.
- Potentially conducting servicing and maintenance on vehicles.
- Working in a safe and efficient manner.
- Providing a high level of customer service and high-quality work on clients' cars.
- Complete all vehicle MOT testing documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a valid MOT Testing license.
- Level 3 Mechanics or equivalent qualification.
- Have own tools and PPE.
- Must have a full UK driving license and own transport.
Working Hours:
5-day working week would be Mon – Fri - 8:30am – 6pm OR 4-day working week Mon – Thurs – 6:15am – 6pm.
