Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor for our clients based in Walsall. As a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics team. The role requires strong leadership skills and a good understanding of logistics processes.

Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Conduct morning meetings with the team to ensure clear communication of targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the H&S officer and committee to reduce risks in the area through effective risk assessments.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Supervision of all Forklift Operations.
  • Carry out full investigations and provide clear accurate responses to customer concerns.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of inventory.
  • Regular communication with the Purchasing Team.
  • Responsible for cost effectively booking and arranging transport.
  • Coordinate with other departments.

Details:

  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Location: Walsall
  • Duration: Permanent

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.
