Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor for our clients based in Walsall. As a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics team. The role requires strong leadership skills and a good understanding of logistics processes.
Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Conduct morning meetings with the team to ensure clear communication of targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the H&S officer and committee to reduce risks in the area through effective risk assessments.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervision of all Forklift Operations.
- Carry out full investigations and provide clear accurate responses to customer concerns.
- Accountable for the accuracy of inventory.
- Regular communication with the Purchasing Team.
- Responsible for cost effectively booking and arranging transport.
- Coordinate with other departments.

- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
