As a Key Stage 1 team member you will ensure children are actively involved in their own learning, utilising peers, materials and other media forms to provide a varied, active curriculum. Requirement To be considered for the role as a Key Stage 1Teacher, you will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education. Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum, able to present a curriculum that is demanding, stimulating and sustaining pupils interest. Attend and take part in additional CPD sessions. Enhanced and varied classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils and encourage a passion for learning. Dynamically monitor progress and adapt your teaching.
