We’re currently seeking an Applications Team Manager for our Central Functions team. You will oversee systems supporting core functions, including SAP modules like SAP HR, SAP FICO, SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and our ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of these systems to support business objectives and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams and external partners, ensuring business needs are met and continuous improvements are implemented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of Central Functions applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Delivering Service Requests and Small Improvements to SLA.
- Allocating resources effectively for BAU and projects.
- Monitoring and optimizing system performance.
- Leading technical issue resolution, coordinating with teams and vendors.
- Collaborating with SAP and other partners to maximize value.
