As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will ensure all manufacturing requirements are communicated in detail through the relevant departments and provide support throughout the organization. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer Will Be Responsible For Creating FMEAs, Process Flows, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Gauge Instructions, Packing Instructions, and other process documents. Managing NPI projects from initial process design and layout stage through to full launch. Dealing with new and existing suppliers to introduce new machines, tools, and equipment. Overseeing the buy-off process for new machines and tools. Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on current production. Assisting in the development of less experienced engineers. The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in engineering or HNC/HND with relevant Lean / CI project experience. You should also have excellent communication skills, as this role will involve a high degree of client management and project leadership.
