What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participating in Design Workshops to develop innovative solutions at the tender stage
- Creating accurate design information based on client and architect specifications
- Producing detailed CAD drawings to support the estimating team in tender submissions
- Collaborating closely with the technical team to design bespoke glazing solutions for commercial fit-out projects
Following your 6 month probation you will be given work from home options and flexibility in your role.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in construction or commercial fit-out
Nice to Have:
- Revit/BIM exposure
- Experience working on commercial fit-out projects
- Background with specialist subcontractors (glazed partitions, joinery, facades, etc.)
- Spec writing or presentation experience
