Company: Eurocell plc

Location: S&S Plastics, Sutton‑in‑Ashfield

Hours: Three shift’s rotation – Days 06:00‑14:00 / Afters 14:00‑22:00 / Nights 22:00‑06:00

Salary: Basic £28,353.06 plus Night shift Allowance £1,359.96 / Afters Shift Allowance £339.96

What Our Material Handlers Do

Setting up machine cells ready for production to start
Cleaning down machines & auxiliaries thoroughly on changeovers
Preparation of materials for production requirements
Storing materials in the correct location when not in use
Monitoring batch numbers on raw materials and ensuring accurate paperwork
Maintaining general housekeeping and keeping working areas clean and tidy throughout the shift
Completing full line clearances at the end of a production run
Checking all paperwork for anomalies and reporting to Manager
Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times

What We Need From Our Material Handlers

Previous experience in a similar role
Good communication skills
Comfortable with medium to heavy lifting (full training provided, including Manual Handling Training)
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Practical thinking
Ability to keep pace in a high‑volume production environment
Experience working in a factory environment
Experience with long shifts, on your feet
