We are recruiting driven Business Development Consultants with ambition to earn and grow a sales career. Join our fast-growing GRC Services team.

Due to internal promotions, we’re recruiting Business Development Consultants to join our Sales team and help build a £250m revenue business across the UK and international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Consultant, you will work with your managers to understand potential clients' needs, identify opportunities, and coordinate remote and occasional in-person sales meetings for our field sales team to maximize revenue from WorkNest products and services. You will identify opportunities where WorkNest can add value and secure appointments for the sales team to close new business. You will earn commissions for successfully closed appointments and share market insights with Campaign Managers. Your role involves contacting senior decision-makers, executing marketing plans, and ensuring high-quality appointment setting while managing your diary efficiently. Your performance will be measured against sales revenue goals, opportunity targets, and KPIs.
