We believe that technology opens doors, and we created the experience as a part of our mission to make art and culture accessible to all—in-person, at-home, and anywhere.

What’s the role:

The Bloomberg Connects team is seeking an EMEA Onboarding and Relationship Management Lead to oversee growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role will manage the onboarding of organizations to the app, and ongoing relationship management once an organization has launched their guide. The role will work with several external consultant partners, as well as with internal teams across the US and EMEA.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Manage our EMEA-based onboarding partners and guide their efforts to hit their key annual recruitment and onboarding targets.
  • Meet regularly with members of each team to keep track of their work and help troubleshoot any issues.
  • Track recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing care results and hours spent by partners to ensure we are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet regularly with content, onboarding, recruiting, and ongoing care groups to ensure that there are clear hand-offs between each step in the process and no data is lost.

Onboarding:

  • Oversee the launch of 200+ guides in EMEA (in 2025).
  • Work closely to develop schedules for cohorts and orientation calls, update and localize materials to improve learning sessions, and track feedback from partners to ensure we maintain a high level of service.
  • Lead group and individual orientations to ensure new organizations have a clear understanding of what our process entails.
  • Learn how to use the Bloomberg Connects CMS to be able to help troubleshoot and advise our consultants on best practices.
  • Periodically onboard and launch cultural organizations on Bloomberg Connects.

Relationship management:

  • Work with our partners to develop plans to maintain ongoing relationships with all live organizations on our platform, ensuring that each organization is accounted for and receives some level of engagement.
  • Work with cultural organizations to enhance the quality of the content of their guides, encouraging the use of new platform features and the increase in audio content.
  • Work closely with US counterpart to ensure a consistency of service and quality across all organizations.
  • Suggest new ways to improve the process, create new learning opportunities, and refine our quality control approach.

You’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment either through internships or full-time work.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to effectively interface with colleagues across an entire organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate simultaneous projects, and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with customer support protocols and best practices.
  • Ability and desire to build and maintain strong relationships with team and applicable internal and external contacts.
  • Resourceful, motivated, efficient, proactive, and customer service oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Slack, Asana, and Wordpress or comparable content management systems.
