HR Analyst

Job Description We are recruiting for a HR Analyst to support the EMEA HR Business Partnering team. This is a forward-thinking role which offers the opportunity to develop skills in a very fast-paced environment. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Addressing HR queries with employees Liaising with HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits Preparing HR documentation (contracts of employment, change of employment terms letters) and guiding employees on those documents Collaborating with the Lateral and Campus Recruiting teams on European recruitment, providing guidance on compensation and compliance Supporting year-end and mid-year performance evaluations Assisting with Compensation processes, system updates, audits, and related tasks Coordinating with Employment Legal when necessary Conducting new hire check-ins Running and analyzing reports Participating in ad hoc projects Skills and Experience: 1-2 years of HR-related experience Attention to detail is essential Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Excel skills including formulas like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE Focus on metrics and data analytics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive problem-solver with ownership of initiatives Team player with initiative and willingness to contribute ideas Ability to handle pressure and conflicting priorities Professional, discreet, and adaptable with confidential information Degree educated Experience in fast-paced and global environments is a plus but not mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
