Engagement Management: Oversee engagement close-out processes and ensure smooth hand-offs. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements Proven leadership in complex technology sales environments, with a track record of team success and business development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and networking skills, including influence at executive levels and closing substantial deals. Extensive experience with cloud technologies addressing enterprise challenges. Strong financial modeling, business case evaluation, and strategic planning skills. Mastery of agile project management ensuring timely, within-budget delivery. Preferred Skills & Education Proficiency in hybrid cloud solutions and AI, with willingness to undergo IBM-specific training. Experience guiding clients through pre-sales processes. Educational background with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
