Our client is looking for an experienced Requirements/systems engineer for a package of work at a site based near Reading. Applicants will need live DV or at least SC to be considered. DOORS experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document project requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives
  • Utilise DOORS software to manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements
  • Ensure that all requirements meet security and compliance standards
  • Provide detailed reporting and documentation to stakeholders
  • Work both onsite and remotely to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Maintain a high level of security clearance and ensure all protocols are followed

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a requirements engineering role, particularly in the nuclear sector
  • Proficiency with DOORS software for requirements management
  • Current SC Clearance, with the ability to be put through to DV Clearance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work 2 days onsite and 2 days remotely in a 4-day working week structure
