Position Overview Industry: Aerospace/Defense Location: Farnborough, UK Duration: Minimum 6 months Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Lead, assess, and investigate supplier quality issues. Lead and participate in quality reviews and governances with 2nd level management (Directors). Perform data analysis and generate KPIs on supplier’s quality performance. Lead, plan, and execute high-complexity and cross-functional projects and initiatives. Define corrective and improvement plans with suppliers. Review and approve quality forms (e.g., dropship). Manage RNC / VRNC Q & tasks requiring MRB approval. Provide technical support and coaching to team members and stakeholders. Lead and manage DMM during the absence of the leader. Participate in executive meetings and PMRs with suppliers. Coach and train suppliers on our quality tools. Act as a delegate on quality and director’s meetings. Mentor staff and contribute to defining strategic departmental plans. Minimum Requirements Experience with First Article Inspections (AS9102). Commodity experience in Machined Parts. Knowledge of CMM inspection and ability to interpret inspection reports. Understanding of Aerospace Quality Systems and International Standards. Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, GD&T, and familiarity with Discus and Net Inspect. Minimum of 7+ years in aerospace quality roles. Ability to propose innovative solutions and identify improvement opportunities. Strong problem-solving and risk analysis skills. Ability to work independently as a role model and provide coaching and training.
