A rapidly growing, well-funded music fintech is looking for a driven Account Manager to join its team in London and lead expansion efforts across the GSA region. This is a unique opportunity to help reshape how independent artists access financial freedom through innovative catalogue monetisation. Working at the crossroads of music, data, and finance, you’ll play a key role in supporting artists across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria by guiding them through bespoke financing solutions and closing impactful deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with artists, managers, and other key stakeholders in the GSA music industry
- Clearly articulate the value of flexible catalogue buyouts and guide artists through each stage of the process
- Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the GSA market presence
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and artist showcases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, underwriting, legal, and data analytics
- Use data insights to identify opportunities, optimise processes, and enhance deal execution
- Stay informed on music industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging music fintech solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in an artist-facing role within a record label, DSP, publishing company, management firm, or music finance organisation, with strong knowledge of the GSA market
- Bilingual fluency in English and German
- A genuine passion for the music industry and an understanding of deal structures
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
- Bachelor’s degree in music, media, business, or a related field
- Previous B2B sales experience is a strong advantage
