Our client based in Keighley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit an Administrator for an immediate start. This is a temporary ongoing position. This will suit a candidate who has previous administration experience or someone who is willing to learn as full training will be given.
Working as part of a busy Logistics Team duties include:
- Responsible for Web Bookings and arranging all customer collections.
- Working with Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure smooth and efficient movement of all shipments.
- Entering and inputting data onto the system.
- Working with our customers, delivering a service and dealing with queries from all customers.
Experience required:
- Office administration experience is desirable but NOT essential.
- Must have excellent attention to details and accuracy skills, coupled with computer systems.
- Must be comfortable at working at a fast pace and meeting tight deadlines.
Hours are 0815 – 1700 Monday to Thursday & (Apply online only) Friday = 38.5 hours per week.
Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour.
This position is easily accessible on public transport situated in central Keighley.
