A discreet and prestigious private client practice is looking for a recently qualified CTA who has ambitions to work with a very high quality client base and a raft of interesting personal tax work. The client portfolio is mixed and may include a selection of UHNWIs, families, entrepreneurial businesses, landed states, trusts and entertainment professionals. However there will be a bias towards non dom clients and as such it would be helpful if you have at least a modest amount of experience in this area under your belt already. The role covers both tax compliance and advisory services and there will be the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc project work too, in conjunction with more senior members of staff. As a valued member of the team, you will be encouraged to develop strong relationships with your clients, HMRC and intermediaries. You will therefore need to be friendly and approachable and possess excellent communication skills. The team operate as a meritocracy and development of their staff is prioritised. This, in conjunction with working with some of the best private client tax practitioners in the business, will give you ample opportunity to propel your career forward and make a name for yourself.
