Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

  • Act as one of the main point of contacts for service customers from check in through to vehicle handover.
  • Clearly communicate repair needs and estimates, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely updates.
  • Manage job cards, service bookings, and customer records with accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Maximise upsell opportunities in line with customer needs and company standards.
  • Maintain a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced, customer focused setting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer facing automotive role (dealership, independent, or fastfit environment).
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence.

The Package:
