Main Responsibilities: Supporting learners with complex and challenging behaviours to achieve academic and personal goals. Delivering individualized support based on learners’ unique needs and support plans. Assisting learners to participate fully in teaching, workshops, and other educational activities. Providing one-on-one and group support as required in various learning environments. Ensuring accurate completion of all required documentation. Helping learners access facilities and services as appropriate. Offering support during assessments, including exams. Producing clear and high-quality written information for learners. Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
