The Role
- Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in line with HSG264
- Collecting bulk samples to be taken in for analysis
- Preparing detailed reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity
- Maintaining strong client relationships through delivering a professional service
- Working both independently and as part of a team
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification
- Proficiency using handheld tablets and IT systems
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Essex, London and Home Counties
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
