Golden Fox Recruitment is working with a long-established environmental consultancy that is expanding its surveying team in the Harlow area. They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor who is confident working across a mixture of property types and is committed to delivering high-quality, compliant work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who wants strong earning potential, a varied workload and the chance to work with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Sampling and documenting potential asbestos-containing materials
• Producing accurate, detailed survey reports
• Liaising with clients to provide clear advice on asbestos management
• Ensuring all work meets internal quality procedures and legislative requirements

Experience Required

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong working knowledge of HSG264 and relevant regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical working style
• Full UK driving licence
