Temporary Legal Secretary - Glasgow

The Role: Temporary Legal Secretary Location: Glasgow Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Assignment Length: 4-6 weeks Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour Office Angels are in search of an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm based in the City Centre of Glasgow. This role will be temporary for 4 weeks and then reviewed depending on the workload. This is a full time post working Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) and you will be expected to deliver first class secretarial support to a team of Solicitors. Duties include: Digital audio typing Balancing and prioritising a multitude of responsibilities including document management, scanning, filing, mail. Varied daily tasks including ensuring appropriate levels of stationery and equipment are ordered / maintained Dealing with post-completion follow up and documentation Key Skills: Digital audio typing experience Proficient in Microsoft Office – including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Providing a high level of customer/client care Multi-tasking successfully Working to tight deadlines Knowledge of case management systems would be advantageous Attributes: Strong initiative Upbeat and positive attitude Interested in keeping up to date with new legal developments Team player *Successful candidates will have strong secretarial skills within a professional services or legal environment and will be available immediately* If you are interested in this role and wish to be considered, please click apply!
