About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering effective finance business partnering to ensure production of quality budgets, forecasts and other management information. You will be self-motivated and have good attention to detail, enabling you to maintain a high quality of outputs whilst meeting tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a proactive management and financial accounting service to the Development and Partnerships directorate.
- Producing accurate and timely budgets and forecasts for development spend, LCHO sales and property disposals.
- Administration and forecasting of payments and transfers required to maintain the loan portfolio.
- Maintaining the cashflow forecast and ensuring adherence to treasury policies.
- Supporting the production and updating of 30-year business plans.
- Acting as an administrator for the software used in development appraisals and forecasting.
- Preparing data for returns to the Regulator of Social Housing and other external bodies.
A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
