Our client, a boutique investment management firm specializing in hedge fund and private markets products, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their compliance team in London. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and procedures.
- Ensure regulatory adherence across various markets for product development and management.
- Collaborate with business teams to achieve commercial goals while maintaining regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in compliance within investment management, including alternative investments, liquid alternatives, hedge funds, and private markets.
- Strong knowledge of UK (FCA) and Luxembourg (CSSF) regulatory requirements, including UCITS and AIF regulations.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
