Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join an Assessment Team. If you are a dedicated and compassionate social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity, our client is currently looking for Senior Social Workers to join them on a locum basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and families, ensuring their well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
