We are recruiting for a firm with ambitious growth plans and is keen to grow its expanding corporate tax team.
You would join a growing corporate tax team at an essential point in its development. The team and the firm are of a size where you can make an impact and contribute to the team\’s strategic direction, however large enough to make an impact in the market. There is also plenty of junior resources in London and other offices to call upon.
As a senior manager, you will providetax advisory services to a client portfolio of high-value clientspredominantly of the firm\’s largest multinational clients. You will also take responsibility for the management of junior staff and support partners on projects and other initiatives.
The team deals with corporate restructuring, reorganisations and demergers, company and business acquisitions and disposals, EMI and cross-border tax issues and a range of other issues.
The partners fully support flexible and hybrid working. This is not a long-hours culture; you don\’t need to stay late to be noticed. Depending on your preference, you can do 1-3 days in the office.
The corporate tax team is predicted to grow by 25% over the next year and is one of the most successful teams in the business. Of course, you don\’t have to join a growth-driven team to progress, but it doesn\’t hurt. As indicated, the prospects are excellent.
You can join as a senior manager and will likely make director in 12-24 months.
