Junior Contract Manager

Job Title: Junior Contract Manager Location: Bristol & Gloucester (Main Office in Bristol) Salary: Up to £43,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Career Progression We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor to take the next step in their career, with excellent opportunities for progression. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards * Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery * Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures * Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers * Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering * Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role within FM * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Experience managing PPM and reactive maintenance contracts * Full UK driving licence (essential) Benefits: * Competitive salary up to £43,000 * Compay car allowance £5,000 * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Clear career progression opportunities within a growing FM provider * Pension and additional benefits This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Junior Contract Manager to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio and grow within a supportive and ambitious company.
