Export Seafreight Clerk

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Seafreight person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Egham, Surrey area. Duties:- * Manage end-to-end Export processes for sea freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. * Managing several Key Account to facilitate the clients Sea Freight Export Movements * Coordinate with international suppliers, carriers, and agents to secure bookings and negotiate freight rates. * Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other government agencies requirements. * Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders. * Handle shipment discrepancies and resolve any issues related to customs clearance or delivery delays. * Must be able to complete Sea Freight Entries. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes. * Collaborate with the warehouse and distribution teams to optimise logistics and inventory management.
