SMT Operator (Surface Mount Technology)
£15.60 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday day shift
Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week

Our client based in Burnley has a reputation for innovation and they are a highly successful global player in their chosen industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Electrical Assemblers/Assemblers to join their busy team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solder paste printing
- Ensuring correct setup and efficient running of the Europlacer “iineo” placement machines, in accordance with all procedures
- Running the line to the production plan, under own initiative and responsibility, sometimes without supervision
- Ensuring cleanliness of working area
- Optimising rapid and frequent changeovers
- Kitting of feeders/new job setup
- Some Automate Optical Inspection (AOI) operation
About you:
- Experience in SMT is required / Senior Electrical Assembly
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High concentration levels
- Excellent level of dexterity
- Flexible and proactive approach
These positions are offered with an immediate start on a temporary to permanent basis.
