Monday - Friday - Full Time

Currently based in central Bristol - hybrid working / visiting properties as part of role

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Temporary Accommodation Officer on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for undertaking administrative and case file management tasks.
  • Ensure that all cases are supported to move on from temporary accommodation in a sustainable way by providing comprehensive advice and support covering all housing options.
  • Undertake a case management role including rent recovery, debit control, arrears, sign-ups, voids, repairs and accommodation management responsibilities.
  • Dealing with lettings administration as there will be onboarding required for a number of properties as part of their portfolio.

Skills/experience:

  • Experience of voids, lettings, income management
  • Experience of anti-social behaviour
