About Us: Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV2 Driver in the Dartford area for a Temp-Perm position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate a HGV2 vehicle to complete deliveries/collections of furniture, working with a drivers mate.
- Ensure all deliveries/collections are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
- Loading/unloading of the vehicle with the drivers mate; must be physically fit due to the nature of the work.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues to ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and health and safety regulations.
- Complete relevant paperwork and log entries accurately.
Requirements:
- Cat C Driving Licence.
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph.
- Over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
- Proven experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
- Must have held Cat C Licence for 6+ months due to insurance purposes.
