An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a friendly and client-focused independent estate agency. This role can be full-time or part-time offering starting salary of Β£24,000 and benefits.

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of property sales and lettings, from initial enquiry to deal completion. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming sales and lettings enquiries and related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion.
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents, mortgage brokers, contractors, and clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through outstanding service.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Property Sales Consultant, Estate Agent or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales within an estate agency.
  • Good understanding of the local property market.
  • Competent in using IT systems and CRM software.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
