We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to complement their high-performing team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll confidently manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction all the way through to post-completion. Key Responsibilities: Take charge of a full residential conveyancing caseload, covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches with precision. Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and fellow solicitors. Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management protocols. Provide an outstanding client experience with consistent, clear, and timely communication. What We’re Looking For: A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. Proven experience in residential property law (absolutely essential). Confident capability to manage a caseload independently and effectively. Exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with conveyancing case management systems.
