About the Job
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will work closely with the team to provide strong administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will assist in managing customer relationships, coordinating with back-office and front-line teams, maintaining service standards, and using modern systems to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting face-to-face sales activities by setting up accounts, processing account changes, tracking leads, and assisting with follow-ups.
