We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Customer eLearning Lead to oversee the deployment and expansion of our enterprise-wide customer training Learning Management System (LMS) for Animal Health. This role is vital for promoting the usage and adoption of the LMS, implemented in over 65 countries, and for enhancing customer learning experiences through new features and content.

Key Responsibilities

  • LMS Deployment and Scaling: Lead the deployment and scaling of the LMS, ensuring integration into customer engagement activities to deliver impactful training.
  • Usage and Adoption: Drive ongoing usage and adoption across regions by implementing strategies, features, and content to encourage engagement and participation.
  • Feature Enhancement: Identify, develop, and implement new LMS features to improve learning experiences aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global marketing, Learning & Development, IT, and regional teams to design customer training content that meets product and customer needs. Collaborate with the broader Commercial and Digital Experience teams for integration.
  • Team Management: Manage one direct report and oversee a global product team including IT eLearning partners to execute LMS scaling and adoption plans.
  • Community of Practice: Foster a community for eLearning to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a roadmap of customer eLearning needs, aligning with business priorities.
  • Content Delivery: Ensure delivery of relevant content in partnership with marketing and L&D to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budget for the customer training program, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in eLearning, instructional design, or LMS, focusing on customer training or adult learning.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate eLearning effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, eLearning technologies, and digital learning trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience fostering community engagement in a corporate setting.
