Job Description
Commercial Operations Lead - Money20/20 Europe
Drive the success of world-class fintech events. As our Commercial Operations Lead, you'll be at the heart of Money20/20 Europe, orchestrating exceptional experiences for sponsors and attendees alike.
What you’ll do:
- Lead our commercial operations, developing efficient processes that drive creativity and transparency.
- Create and manage commercial inventory, maintaining strong product knowledge and ensuring healthy margins.
- Own the commercial operations budget, providing clear reporting on cost margins for all inventory elements.
- Build strong relationships with our sales team, offering guidance and resources for their success.
- Oversee the exhibit hall, ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors and attendees.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage processes, systems, and reporting effectively.
- Deliver white-glove service to clients, finding innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage the Europe Commercial Operations team.
- Support global Commercial Operations Leads on other Money20/20 shows.
