As our Webinar Manager of Europe, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior main-stage speakers, set the agenda for the insurance industry's future by developing the topics covered at the Insurtech Insights Europe conference. You will also build relationships with key C-level executives across the market and grow your personal brand.
Responsibilities:
- Identify timely and important questions shaping the future of insurance.
- Connect with senior industry leaders and confirm their participation in the conference.
- Lead and manage a team of Content Associates to develop the agenda with 400 speakers.
- Build relationships with industry leaders by delivering a best-in-class experience.
- Support the conference strategy and collaborate with other functional leaders.
- Report progress to senior leadership.
- Expand your industry relationships and access new networks.
- Build a personal brand on LinkedIn for future opportunities.
- Travel to Insurtech Insights conferences in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
- Optional: Join industry advisory boards and increase industry involvement.
Salary range: €60,000 to €100,000, depending on experience.
