Role: Assistant Store Manager / Location: Bracknell / Salary: £29,521 per annum (OTE £32,473) plus benefits / Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the store\’s opening and closing times.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager/Deputy Store Manager to enhance store performance and team development. You should align with our values, your team, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. We value enthusiasm and proactive engagement. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and working alongside your team
  • Managing, recognizing, and rewarding your team while maximizing store performance
  • Identifying team potential to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Supporting a positive and welcoming working environment
  • Owning store financials to drive sales and control costs
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Maintaining awareness of competitors to improve performance
  • Taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including cleanliness, safety, security, and administration
  • Encouraging a positive and adaptable approach to daily management
