You will design and manage the Digital Services business operations governance collaborating with stakeholders to operate a fit for purpose governance and meeting cadence to ensure effective monitoring, reporting and reviewing of projects on a regular basis

You will design and deploy required process and tools required to collate and present data including Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI dashboards, or SharePoint repositories and workflows

You will engage with stakeholders establishing strong relationships across the digital services, the programme management, and functional teams to understand interaction points and clearly communicate progress

You will track and collate IM&T deliverables and manage Digital Services, Programme, and functional reporting including the development of status updates, presentations, or documentation as required

You will work with the programme and function leads to understand the integration requirements to support alignment of reporting and planning

You will integrate with the BAE Systems business management collating inputs to the wider Integrated Business Planning and resource management

You will ensure alignment to the organisational and programme governance, collating compliance evidence

Relevant vocational qualification eg HNC, APM or Prince 2, or relevant experience

An experienced Project Manager with experience of Programme Governance

Experience within Financial Management would be desirable

Risk management experience, and implementing mitigations or contingencies

Experience with Resource Management would also be advantageous

Experience managing Suppliers would be beneficial
