Part time PE Teacher

PE Teacher (part-time) £150-£220 per day September 2025 – July 2026 A reputable ‘all-girls’ independent school setting are looking to hire a PE Teacher on a part-time basis, 2 days per week. As an overview, the PE Teacher would deliver general PE to girls aged 4 – 11 , and take the  lead in gymnastics for the school. With Gymnastics being an ever-developing sport within school, the successful candidate would need to drive this and further raise its profile and success at inter school-competitions. As well as the above the PE teacher would be responsible for medium- and long-term planning, ensure all resources are sound and kept in good order, and that they are always promoting the values of the school by immersing themselves into all aspects of school life. In return, the PE Teacher will thrive in a small and personal setting , surrounded by outstanding teachers and small classes of children with a willingness to succeed . The school is accessible from Belsize Park, with the role being 2 days per week. Requirements The desired PE Teacher will have; Knowledge of teaching Gymnastics if possible, or be willing to take the lead on this A fully enhanced DBS registered to the update service, along with 2 professional references.
