Role Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing project budgets and cost forecasts
  • Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Conducting site visits and liaising with site teams and clients
  • Supporting commercial and project reporting

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in groundworks/civil engineering
  • Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
  • Full UK driving licence
