Project Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Civils Wrexham £45,000 – £50,000 + Package Our client is a well-established and respected groundworks and civils contractor, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure, drainage, and groundwork solutions. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, they pride themselves on their collaborative approach and long-standing client relationships. Role Responsibilities As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of multiple projects. Duties will include: * Preparing and managing project budgets and cost forecasts * Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services * Managing subcontractor accounts and payments * Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts * Conducting site visits and liaising with site teams and clients * Supporting commercial and project reporting Requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline * Minimum 3 years\’ experience in groundworks/civil engineering * Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, project management tools) * Full UK driving licence What We Offer * Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience * Company car or car allowance * Pension scheme and private healthcare * Ongoing training and career development opportunities * A supportive and ambitious team environment
