Key Responsibilities

Facilitate retrospectives and sprint reviews to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for streamlined communication and delivery.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to align solutions with business goals.
Support Agile best practices within product and technology teams.
