We are recruiting an Employer Solutions Associate Director who can be based out of one of our national offices. The role involves leading the needs of diverse clients in share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You’ll have significant client contact and provide leadership to junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, and design employee incentive schemes.
  • Build strong team capability, recognizing and responding to individual strengths and client needs.
  • Motivate your team to ensure efficient reward spend.
  • Advise on tax treatment of share plans during implementation and operation, including transactions.
  • Implement share plan structures and prepare legal documentation.
  • Advise on share valuation for tax purposes.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on global share incentive structures.
  • Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in Share Plans / Reward teams at reputable firms.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, Solicitor).
  • Proven client handling and project management skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work for demanding clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
