HR Specialist
Certain Advantage is hiring for a HR Specialist based in the Bristol area. This role is to cover long-term sickness and is on a contract basis until December 2025 (likely to be extended).

The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or a similar role ideally within a large multinational environment, including experience in managing industrial relations matters.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, with a strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and practices.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills, with a balanced and objective approach.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different HR functions and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
The Benefits:
- Eligible to go through BPSS & Security Clearance.
- 35 hours across 4.5 days.
- Hybrid (60% onsite).
