Operational support Employment law knowledge Industrial relations. Policy reviews. Disciplinary and investigations. Large organisation experience. Understanding Of Uk employment  The Individual We’re looking for people who can show: Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or a similar role ideally within a large multinational environment, including experience in managing industrial relations matters. Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, with a strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and practices. Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility. Strong investigation and problem-solving skills, with a balanced and objective approach. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
