Air Export Operator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Export Operator for a well-established growing Freight Forwarder based in Colnbrook, Berkshire. Duties:- * Contact shippers. * Arrange collections. * Complete MAWB & HAWBs, displaying knowledge of country requirements, IATA rates & airline requirements i.e.operator variations, Promo references etc. * Demonstrate negotiations with airlines for maximum margin. * Complete Customs entries and have knowledge of slightly more complex procedure codes.(IPR, BONDED,EXPORT LICENCING etc). * Provide quotations & understand market rates. * High customer service levels throughout providing agents post flights, departure etc. * Additional bonus qualifications – Dangerous Goods trained & Aviation Security trained up to level CO (Cargo Operative). * Ability to provide a safety net to ensure nothing is missed. * Adhere to a fast-paced environment with strong email management & response. * You will be communicating with a wide range of both external customers, agents as well as internal stakeholders, so strong and confident communication both verbal and written is a must. Required Experience:- * Export Airfreight experience * Customs knowledge * Full 5 year work reference history Working hours : Monday- Friday (Apply online only)).
