SALARY: £13.55 PAYE or £14.22 Umbrella

Executive Summary: Our client is looking for a Homeless Support Enabler to work with a small but dynamic team in Minehead, where your passion and commitment will make a palpable difference in the lives of many. This contract role offers you the unique opportunity to work within the dedicated Accommodation-based Support Team. In collaboration with Somerset Council, they strive to address the pressing challenge of rising homelessness, specifically focusing on individuals with complex needs and a history of rough sleeping.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in homeless pathway support, inclusive of tenancy sustainment and move-on support mechanisms.
- Aptitude in navigating and supporting various complex needs tailored to individuals.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service, fostering development, and supporting effective move-on strategies.
- Implementing Support Plans
- Multi agency working
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops and community activities to engage residents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within non-profit and social services sectors or comparable fields.
- Strong background in providing complex needs support and knowledge of housing services.
- Proficiency in managing caseloads efficiently, with an emphasis on minimizing risks such as arrears.
