Building Manager

Clarkson Owens are delighed to be working with a leading specialist within Commercial Property and Asset Management looking for a Building Manager to join their Edinburgh office. Duties Include * Occupier Management * Eficient management of the site including day to day management of team memebers. * Ability to manage contractors to ensure that maintenance is carried out correctly. * Monitoring statutory and internal compliance * Work closely with surveying colleagues and central support functions to ensure client strategy is executed Essential skills: * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrable experience in client and customer engagement. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. * Experience in contract management and managing KPIs. * Good experience in developing service charge budgets management and reporting. * IOSH * Experience of working in a similar role Desirable: * NEBOSH qualified * Member of the IWFM * Interest in sustainability. * Good understanding of property management principles and current industry trends. * Knowledge of building services maintenance operations.
